134_transport_reaction_compartment_location
- Metabolite
For a transport reaction (a sulfate/ATP antiporter, RHEA:10192), show which side of the membrane (In or Out) each participant compound is located on, using rh:location on the reaction-participant resource - this is what distinguishes a transport reaction's two occurrences of the same compound (e.g. sulfate(out) vs sulfate(in)).
