Course day setup

In-person courses

Depending on whether the Coordinator is onsite or not, Coordinator or the Trainer(s) will determine beforehand (if on site) the location of plugs and the need for extension cables. They will also determine if the layout of the classroom must be reorganized such that all Participants have a direct view of the trainer and the screen.

  • Adaptors to be lent to foreign Participants

  • Post-it® that Participant can put on their computers to signal they have finished the exercise

  • The attendance forms that must be signed by the Participants on each day of the course (See Attendance list and exams)

The Trainer(s) will test the beamer.

  • Welcome Participants

  • Introduce the Trainer(s)

  • Check that the coffee breaks are delivered on time
